B-Alanine (or Beta-Alanine) is a beta amino acid, and has been shown to promote increased concentration of carnosine in muscles, support total muscular work done and decrease fatigue in athletes.  Some individuals experience Paresthesia when supplementing with Beta-Alanine.  Paresthesia is a sensation of pricking or tingling or numbness of skin more commonly known as feeling “pins and needles” with no known long term physical affect.   

Arginine is one of the most common natural amino acids.  Arginine supports cell division function, ammonia removal from the body and hormonal release.  Possible benefits from Arginine supplementation are: the promotion of nitric oxide synthesis and support in the repair time of damaged tissue.

L-Tyrosin is an amino acid, one of twenty that are used by the body’s cells to synthesize proteins.  Studies have shown that Tyrosine can be useful during stressful conditions and fatigue and may promote cognitive and physical performance.

Creatine is an organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and promotes cellular energy supply to muscle and is often used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers and sprinters as an aid to increase high-intensity performance.
