Shipping:

At this time Proven4 ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territorties, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.  Additionally Proven4 ships to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 


When will my order ship?
We try very hard to ship all in stock orders within 24 hours of your purchase.  If any items in your order are on back order we may hold the order for a few days to wait for the backordered item to be back in stock.  

Where are you shipping my order from?
All packages are shipped from our Wixom, MI manufacturing facility.

**Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 10 day period.  We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our shipping and returns policy.  You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.  We will also be glad to exchange damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the contact us page of this webiste. 

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?  
We make every effort to ensure the quality of your purchase.  If your purchase is damaged or defective we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible.  If you have received a damaged item please email us at customercare@proven4.com.  Please include your name, order number and the item name that was damaged and we will look into the matter immediately, arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us, and replace the product right away.  

What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong product, simply e-mail us at customercare@proven4.com.  Please include your name, order number and the name of the item that was not correct and the name of the item you should have received.  We will look into the matter immediately, arrange for the incorrect product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product right away.  

Will you notify me when my order ships?
You will first receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you when your order has shipped with your tracking number.


Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes.  When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter a separate address for shipping and billing.


How can I determine the exact shipping cost of my order?
Shipping costs can only be obtained at the checkout page.  If you do not agree with the cost you may back out of the order.


I’m unable to submit an international order with a different “ship-to” address than my own.  What do I do?
For account security reasons all international orders must be sent to the billing address on file with your credit card company.


What are your shipping options? How much does each cost, and how long will it take?  
All orders shipped within the United States, U.S. Territories and Canada are calculated on the checkout page of the website.  All orders will ship within 24 hours from purchase and the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.  Rates vary based on weight and final destination.   Shipping pricing does not include duties, insurance or taxes.

Prices on our website can be updated at any time and may change for weekly and monthly specials.

Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
If you want to purchase products online you must set up an account.  However, you don’t need to set it up until you are ready to check out.  


I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card.  How do I change my account information?  
Click on the “my account” option at the very top of the home page.  Log in using your current user information and password.  You will then be able to change your account information.  


I have forgotten the password for my account.  What should I do?
