Those of us who have goals in the gym or on the field can’t afford to use St. Patrick’s Day as an excuse to “wet the shamrock” come March 17. Shamrock Shake
½ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
½ medium-sized avocado
1 cup baby spinach
5-7 mint leaves (optional)
½ tsp ginger powder
1 cup frozen peach slices or frozen mango cubes
1 scoop P4 Energy Formula
Make it: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk to achieve desired consistency.
